We will be integrating the following approaches:
The 5 Elements/directions of awareness
Midline development to support balance and grace
Chi Weight Training: weight-bearing techniques to prevent osteoporosis
Improve the power of the brain/heart connection through energy anatomy exercises
Bhakti Yoga flow postures
Pilates inspired movements for deep core strength
All of these elements work together to create a sense of well-being and balance
for a deeply nourishing whole body/being experience. This class leaves you feeling energized, relaxed and strong in your body.
Bring a Yoga mat. Weights, blocks and Yoga straps will be provided.
