We love New York — the country as well as the city — and so in 1999 we transformed a farm in the Hudson Valley into a roasting facility. The country roastery and the city cafe meet in our name: Irving Farm. Nowadays, Irving Farm supplies our carefully selected, handcrafted coffees to three beautiful cafes in New York, most recently on the Upper West Side.

The spacious cafe features a state-of-the-art La Marzocco MP espresso machine with custom woodwork created in harmony with the space’s reclaimed wood walls, along with the city’s first Kalita brew bar for Japanese-styled pour-over coffee.
