Judy Marshall, Owner of Piece O Cake NYC will come to your home and give a private class in home cooking, baking or cake decorating!

Judy has taught pastry and cake decorating classes at both the Astor Center and The JCC.  Now she will teach you in your home.

Judy went to the Institute of Culinary Education (ICE), and worked in restaurants on both the savory and sweet sides.  From there, Judy moved to recipe testing and developing for cookbook authors and magazines, which she absolutely loved doing (and so still sometimes gets to do it).  After having her daughter in 2002, she passionately fell into cake design.  And along with the decorating, her delight is coming up with amazing flavor combinations.  So not only will your cake look fantastic, it will taste delicious!
