Two yogis can learn how to safely get into and out of basic yoga postures. You will also learn how to modify transitions along with how to simplify the not-so-basic poses. For the absolute beginner or a seasoned yogi's refresher course.
8 CLASS SESSION- MEETS WEDNESDAYS FROM 8PM- 9PM AND SATURDAYS FROM NOON-1PM.

For winning bidders who do not live in the local area, items can be shipped, but the winning bidder is responsible for shipping and insurance fees, which will be added to the winning bid amount.
