In 2002 Jackson Cardinal Flies in Jackson Hole, WY decided to develop a range of high quality fly rods at an affordable price. A new company, Yellowstone Fly Rods, was formed and research and development began.  The result is an impressive range of fly rods, all constructed using IM8 graphite.  This 2 piece 8’ five weight is an affordable option—good performance at a great price.
