This is one of my favorites by Elizabeth Faulkner. She used to be the chef at Citizen Kane & Orson in SF but has since moved to Brooklyn where she opened Kreshendo on Atlantic Ave. Her recipes are just great and it's a lovely hard cover cookbook.
