When I first walked into this studio,  I was struck by its unique shape and the beautiful cloud murals on the wall.  To newer people it can be strange setting up in a room where you face the person across from you, but you quickly forget all such thoughts as you get into your flow.  

It is such a peaceful space and I have had nothing but great experiences here----the line up of teachers is truly phenomenal and being a smaller studio you really get a personal feel from every one of them.  Tim Floreen, Lauren Slater, Sean Hayleen Estee Fletter,  and Jeremi  McManus are some of my favorites.  Classes can accommodate all levels, yet everyone will leave feeling like they had a challenging, cleansing practice regardless of how seasoned you are.

I highly recommend Yoga Tree Stanyan as a space to lose yourself in your practice while cultivating a light, playful spirit within.
