The red-clay tennis courts in Riverside Park near 96th Street are public courts maintained and operated by the Riverside Clay Tennis Association, a non-profit volunteer organization, in association with the Riverside Park Fund.
These beautiful, red clay, public courts are located along the Hudson River in Manhattan's Riverside Park, set among the lush lawns and flower gardens between the West Side Highway and the Hudson River Greenway (bike path) near 96th Street.Approached by bike or foot, the courts can be reached directly from the Hudson River Greenway which runs along the west side of Manhattan. From the Upper West Side, through Riverside Park, the courts can be approached via the pedestrian tunnels that run underneath the Westside Highway at 101st and 91st Streets.
