Whenever the Pirates take the stage, we are armed with furry monsters, Viking costumes, flying cats, and sacks of treasure for an experience that shows kids the power of writing in a way they'll never forget. That's right; Everything the Story Pirates perform is based on a story written by a kid, from kung fu ninja babies fighting crime to the eternal love between the devil and some guy she met at Starbucks. Taking our cues from kids themselves, it's a world where money grows on heads and fish rain from the sky. Called "crazy entertaining" by the Daily Show's Jon Stewart, the Story Pirates have been performing at schools and in theaters across the country since 2003.
This package entitles you to 6 tickets for an upcoming Story Pirates Flagship show for the entire family, as well as an additional 2 tickets to the Story Pirates AfterDark Show for grown-ups.
We perform throughout the year. The Mainstage Show takes place on select Saturdays at 2pm at The Drama Book Shop at 250 W. 40th between 7th and 8th Avenues. The AfterDark Show takes place generally once per month at various locations. To reserve tickets, go to storypirates.org and use the code AUCTION166.
