The Honorable D. Arthur Kelsey of the Virginia Court of Appeals invites a small group of students (up to 3) to attend an appellate court hearing in April and join him afterward for a meal. The exact location and date of the hearing will depend on the court's docket. Judge Kelsey is a graduate of William & Mary Law School and is an adjunct faculty member.
