Mimi, founder of 02 Yoga, blended her strong background in excercise physiology, Astanga Yoga, and her philosophy on life together to create a unique mix that will surely leave you feeling comfortable and relaxed. 02 Yoga has a studio in Cambridge and Somerville. Both studios are inviting, warm, relaxing and comfortable. They have natural flooring made out of bamboo, wood, and cork. Paintings, murals, and statues also decorate the interior and assist in creating focus and drishdi. This class card offers up to 10 yoga classes!
