Get in shape, meet friends, and get your sweat on with functional intense training at Kaia F.I.T., a women's-only fitness program for all ages and fitness levels. This gift certificate is good for a five week CORE Fitness Session. Classes meet three days a week and include indoor/outdoor workouts, cardiovascular training, plyometrics, strength training, Kaia Core, Lotta Tabata, Body Suspension (TRX), and much more. Classes are offered at 5:30 am, 6:30 am, and 9:30 am.

If you live outside of the Crocker Highlands area, any items you win will be shipped to you after March 4th, 2013. Bidder is responsible for Shipping and Handling fee, which will be added to the winning bid amount. Items will be shipped via USPS and billed at standard industry rates.
