is proud to have served the foothill community since 1978. Come in and visit the only private club in the area and we will show you how to workout, lose weight and get fit. We offer over 50 different aerobics classes daily. We have Pilates, 2 different style of Yoga, Step, kick fit, cardio fitness, body sculpting, and senior aerobics classes. We offer all the classes in beginning, intermediate and advanced formats. We have over 2,500 square feet of Body Master, Nautilus, Hoist, Paramount and Maxicam exercise machines. We have 2,500 square feet of quality free weight equipment with all the benches and dumb bells you need to get a great workout. Our Cardio Theatre has Lifefitness cross trainers, treadmills, bicycles, recumbent bicycles and steppers all wired into 42″ plasma screen televisions with DirecTV and stereo system to enhance your workout. If racquetball is your game, 2 courts are available for your use seven days a week.

Personal trainers are available to get you started on a great workout. Our newly remodeled locker rooms now feature maple lockers, steam rooms, and tile and granite fixtures. Babysitting is available for the busy parent and lap swimming and water aerobics remain a popular part of the club.

Our latest addition is a functional/cross fit training room featuring a 20 foot TRX station. The new room adds kettlebells, stability and medicine ball stations, battling rope, punching bag, plyoboxes and stretching to our club.
