At LifeStyles for Health our approach to working with our clients is relaxed and personal.We want you to experience health and fitness in a new and balanced way. We understand that no two people are alike and therefore, programs are built differently for each client depending on their wants and needs. First time clients find our facility warm, friendly and completely welcoming. We know how difficult it can be to make changes to health and wellness habits. We offer encouragement and want you to be completely comfortable.Our studio is designed for individuals and small groups. You will never feel like you are only a number in the crowd. Each person is an important part of the studio.
Whether you are looking to lose weight, develop functional strength to combat aging or increase physical performance, there is a program for you.

This item will be available for pick up on Thursday, May 2, 2013 from 2:00pm – 3:30pm at the Verdugo Woodlands Dads’ Club, 1728 Canada Blvd., Glendale, CA 91208 (in between the field and the fire station).
If you need your item shipped and a first-class stamp won’t cover it, you will have to PayPal the additional shipping cost after we get a quote from the Post Office.
