Established in 2003, Personal Pilates Plus provides a welcoming, serene and clean Studio environment for the discerning Pilates enthusiast. Inside our Studio you will find the full array of Pilates equipment including the Reformer, Cadillac (Tower), Chair, Ladder Barrel, and other Pilates equipment, in addition to the accoutrement of traditional exercise (stability balls, hand weights, mats, bands, etc.). When you are welcomed as a new client, you will be introduced to the system of Pilates through fundamental exercises designed to increase your awareness of body mechanics and the unique form of the Pilates System.
