Heather Hopper is an RYT-200 certified yoga teacher with both Level I and Prenatal/Postnatal certifications. She believes yoga should be full of fun and humor and a playful, childlike quality. With this GC, you are entitled to a yoga party for up to 8 children or 10 adults, a 45 minute kids yoga lesson with craft, or a 60 minute group lesson for adults.
