This package includes a Texas Cowboy Brunch with books from select Texas authors all courtesy of Ray Dent. The winner's family and another family (up to 10 people total) will be treated to a weekend morning brunch to be held outside, cowboy-style in the outdoor environment at the Perry Campus. Fare will be Dutch-oven biscuits and other delights cooked over open fires in western cast iron by Ray "Rayzor" Dent . . . with perhaps an original cowboy poem added for seasoning. Each family will also receive a book personally inscribed to their family by Texas authors S.C. Gwynne (a Pulitzer prize finalist and New York Times bestselling author), Stephen Harrigan (New York Times bestselling author of Gates of the Alamo ), Jenny Wingfield (a celebrated screenwriter and novelist) and our own Razor Dent (author of the historical fiction novel Vaulted Eagles ).
