Edouard Josephovitch Basiliansky (1931-)
Born in Kiev, Ukraine. Studied at Kiev Art College; Kyiv Institute of Press. He was a student of V. Ryabov, E. Luchko. Active in Kiev. Participant in Republican, All-Union, International and foreign exhibitions. His works are in the Museum of Ukraine.
