Description

This beautiful wall hanging is made up of the life size hand prints of all twenty six students of our K-213 class. In the corners are the boroughs we all hail from and our teacher Colby's print as well. The prints were made using an old photographic printing technique called cyanotype. By exposing the fabric to sunlight, we get a gorgeous and deep blue. Density of color is determined by light strength and length of exposure. What a great and intimate way to remember your child's kindergarten year! This is a forever gift!
