Visit San Juan Island's newest sensation - The San Juan Island Distillery for a private tour and tasting! Distillers and Cidermakers Suzy and Hawk Pingree will take eight people through a tour of the facilities near Roche Harbor, and explain how hard cider, apple brandy and gin are made. After the tour, they will personally offer a tasting of cider and distilled spirits.
