At Parkour Visions you can learn Parkour* and release your inner monkey! Climb, run, and jump while improving your strength, coordination and agility at Parkour Visions new gym on Nickerson.
This item entitles the winning bidder to a 2-class Parkour Package. It can be used for kid or adult classes. Parkour Visions is located on the north side of Queen Anne on Nickerson St.
Prefer to learn with a friend? Parkour Visions donated THREE 2-class packages. The other two can be found under item # 220 and 196.
*What is it?
The essence of Parkour can be stated simply: It is the art of overcoming obstacles as swiftly and efficiently as possible using only your body. The fundamentals include running, jumping, and climbing, and we build on these fundamentals to improve our ability to pass over, under, around and through obstacles with more complex movements.
