Who helps the helper? Who heals the healer? Who nurtures the nurse?  Who cares for the teacher?

This one day workshop will guide you in self care.   Experience the fun of self care when community, movement, art and nature are integrated.

The workshop is being planned for a Sunday (date to be determined) in February 2014 from 10-5 p.m. (Lunch not included). The focus will be on art, movement, sound, healing forces of nature, body-talk, and joyful Sufi dancing.
