This quilt is based on the New York Beauties quilt pattern but with liberties taken (they are generally circular, for instance). It is made of commercial batik fabrics, foundation pieced and machine quilted.  It is titled Let's Celebrate! and represents fireworks.

There is a label on the back with the title, the artist's name, the year it was made and the location.
