Come learn, discuss, and start living the Habits Of Health during this 6 week class with Certified Health Coach, Megan Waite. During this 6 weeks you will look at healthy habits around your eating, nutrition, sleep, stress management, movement, building a healthy support network and community, and set your personal weekly habits of health goals. The class includes the Habits of Health book that we will be using as our resource guide and Living A Longer, Healthier Life workbook to foster our discussions. This will be a fun, safe, interactive class with opportunities to learn, share, and watch your habits of health transform by the end of these 6 weeks. And this is just the beginning!
