Description
Water Lilies III consists of two layers of screen printed Japanese mulberry paper. The topmost layer with lilies has been waxed with bees wax to allow the viewer to see through to the back layer of flowing water. The image was derived from a photograph taken from the Kangaroo Lake causeway looking toward the Land Trust’s Kangaroo Lake Nature Preserve. Dale is a resident of Minnesota’s Twin Cities and has a home near the Bay Shore Blufflands Nature Preserve. He shows his art locally at Woodwalk Gallery in Egg Harbor.
