EWS parent Sabine Mead has been studying movement since 1976, which eventually led her to deepen her yoga practice and teaching by getting certified with Erich Schiffmann and studying Vinyasa flow with Shiva Rea, both well known expert Yoga teachers. Sabine will teach a 90-minute private session in your own home, offering Vinyasa, Deep Stretch, Restorative, and a fluid form of Hatha yoga.
