Artist's statement: I have been a practitioner of Asian brush
painting for 20 years, and presently teach at the Worcester Art Museum. I also work in wood block printmaking, in
acrylics and watercolor. My interest in the creative arts has been life long, but only since 1990 have I been seriously working and creating works of art. I expect that I will continue as long as I can hold a brush. I also tutor artists in the Asian technique of ink painting and flower and landscape painting. I work on commission,
and show my art regularly in local galleries and exhibits. I am
the coordinator of the Silk Road Art Guild which promotes Asian arts and supports artists who practice these forms.
