Are you looking for creative after school opportunities for your children? Put them in clay! Working with clay helps children develop coordination, concentration, and teaches them how to transform ideas into creative expression. In Glazed Expectations After School Classes in Carrboro, kids will learn many different kinds of techniques, such as: pinching, coiling, slab work, cartooning (figurines), abstract work, and various textured applications. As the class proceeds, they will be gaining knowledge about the materials they use and kiln operation. No experience necessary. We have small class sizes. Includes studio fees and firings.

Classes run anytime between 3pm until 6pm, Tuesdays through Fridays during the academic school year.
