Nancy has been a yoga instructor for over 22 years and is known for clearing the path to allow for practitioners to access abilities they had thought were beyond their boundaries.

As a student of Pattabhi Jois, she focuses on Ashtanga yoga. The method is a highly disciplined continuous flow, which creates a meditative mind and develops a strong body. Nancy asks her students to work very hard, while keeping a sense of humor about it.

She teaches to a wide array of physical abilities and experience, from beginner to advanced. For the past 10 years she has been teaching at Santa Monica Yoga, and previously at Yoga Works on Montana. 

Nancy has been the private instructor for many celebrities, including Madonna and Sting.

Her teaching style is classical and is known to be compassionate and humorous, with attention paid to detail for safety and effectiveness.
