live performance broadcast of Dancing With The Stars on Monday, May 13..
Age requirement is 10 years, no green room or back-stage access, dress code is fancy cocktail attire, and please keep in mind that it’s a show, and that the audience is part of the set. Seats cannot be moved.

Winners names will be put on a list at the event--no tickets will be disbursed.
