Pavlovas are meringue shells filled with whipped cream and berries. One feeds 10-12 people (unless the people are Lurssens) You get two -- either at the same time or not, you choose. This is really best when berries are in season -- best for summer birthdays, barbecues, Fourth of July... Created for the famous Russian prima ballerina Anna Pavlova, you too will be dancing with delight over this delicious dessert. (We were going to say salivating like Pavlov's dog, but apparently that's the wrong Russian.)
