2 hour Yin/Yang Group Yoga Class

Description
You need some yoga, and you need some balance. Merge some Eastern philosophies. Take your yoga with a little yin, and a little yang.
We will begin by unfolding into long held Yin Poses. These poses open into the connective tissues and meridian pathways of your body, like applying self acupuncture. Then we will flow into a stimulating Yang practice to infuse the body with healing energy.
We will focus on pranayama breath work and meditation as we take time to relax, restore and soak in our practice. Savasana will be long and sweet. This is a beautifully rounded practice that is a gift to body,mind and soul. Breathe and enjoy. This class is open to all, from the beginning yogi to the experienced.
Special Instructions
Up to 30 spaces available $25 per person. Date and location to be confirmed once number of participants established. All participants will need to sign a waiver form. Please bring your own yoga mat.
