Amenities include a heated pool on the roof deck, cable TV, central air, 2 fully equipped kitchen, 2 gas grill, 2 washers/2 dryers, 4 car garage and elevator.

Subject to availability. Available from May 3 - 30, 2013; from August 30, 2013 - December 05, 2013; and from January 10-23, 2013. The winner must book the week stay by contacting "Tropical Sands Accommodations," manager of the property (contact details on the web site www.siestakey.com). The availability is published daily on the web site. At the time of the fundraiser, the unit is available during the dates indicated above. If there is no availability for any reason (force majeure, unit booked, property damage, neglect from the winner bidder, change of ownership, etc.) the unit should be considered not donated and The Out-of-Door Academy should reimburse the winning bidder if these funds are requested.
