He has tremendous talent in dealing with young players and knows how to break the game down so they can absorb the information. Coach Phillips holds a USSF "B" License, a London F.A. Badge and has over 16 years coaching experience in Dallas. George has also served as an ODP Staff Coach and was a former semi-professional player in England.
