One 8 week session of children's yoga from any of the following: Little Lotuses Yoga (crawling-3 yrs). Our tiniest yogis practice with grownups during this active and beautiful class. Each week we chant, play and explore with sounds, poses, story time, music, bubbles and deep relaxation. Grownups take tools home that can be applied throughout each day for peaceful, joyful experiences. Come yourself or send a caregiver with your little one for this 45 minute yoga experience. - Bodhi Trees I (3 yrs -8 yrs). This mixed age group class is a fun, peaceful and challenging opportunity for Bija Kids to set into their bodies and minds and leave the stresses of life outside. Our creative, joyful classes include an exploration of yoga poses, breathing practices, mediation and relaxation. Kids learn tools to use outside of class to live life in an honest, open way. No prior yoga practice necessary. Bodhi Trees II (4yrs-8yrs) Yogis who have practices for a while go deeper in Bodhi Trees II. Students will be challenged to stay open, present and connected as they explore new poses, longer meditations and powerful chants. At least one year of yoga practice please. Must be one session (8 consecutive weeks). Nontransferable. Cannot be redeemed for another Bija service. All regular Bija policies apply. Expires: 31 December 2013.
