The winner and five guests will learn to prepare three authentic, homestyle Indian dishes during a special two-hour cooking class with chef, cooking instructor, and district parent Meenu Bhasin. Guests will gain knowledge of the primary spices and techniques used in Indian cooking. At the end of the class, you and your guests will enjoy the fruits of your labor for a memorable Indian culinary experience. The class will take place in the home of the winner or one of their guests. The three dishes and the date of the cooking class will be mutually agreed upon by Meenu and the auction winner prior to the class.
