• One week (six nights, seven days) at The Canvanaugh House in Mendocino
• Accommodations for up to nine guests, including the main house with two bedrooms (one queen and "bunk" room with five twins,) a cottage with a queen bed, and a play room with two sofa beds.
• The dates shall be mutually agreed upon with the owners and must be within one year of the auction. Check-in Monday and check-out Sunday, but other arrangements may be mutually agreed upon. The house is not available during Spring Break, Thanksgiving, or Christmas. The house is pet and smoke-free.
