Except where noted in the fine print: Cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion. Appointments are required and subject to availability. Re-scheduling policy of 48 hours applies. All services must be redeemed during one visit and used by same customer; cannot be shared. Distance restrictions may apply and or within a 15 mile radius of Temple Adat Elohim. EXPIRES on 10/30/13
All winning bidders will receive full information about their item after the auction closes.
The auction does not charge tax or gratuity. However, some items may require additional taxes or gratuity to be paid at time of service (i.e. - dining gift card, etc.). When providing gratuity, please provide a minimum of 15-20% gratuity.
All items that require a scheduled date (i.e. wine tasting, chocolate fountain, etc.) are subject to date and time availability, unless actual date(s) have been specified in the item description.

How to pick up winning items:
Some items may be shipped directly from the merchant provider. In some cases, winning bidder may receive a temporary certificate or voucher until actual item or service is redeemed.
Most items are available for pick-up at the temple office on or after Monday, April 15, 2013 after payment is complete.
Most items can be mailed or shipped to the winning bidder. Bidder is responsible for shipping and handling fee, which will be added to the winning bid amount. Items will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx at the rate to be determined to cover signature, tracking and insurance.
