The children of Miss Jo Ann and Gigis class have created an Impressionist-like painting of P.S. 199 using their fingerprints. The myriad of fingerprints were repeated on paper to form this vibrant painting of the schools entrance. Their wonderful teacher team made a special imprint on the painting as they do every day in the lives of our children. Each child poured their creativity, humor, love and talent into their painting. This piece is a wonderful reminder of their first grade year and the lucky winner will cherish it for a lifetime.
