You are bidding on the opportunity to be a GRACE Sous Chef for a day with Mrs. Michaelsen in the K-6 Lunch Room.
Here is your chance to be heard in the Lunch Room!!! You get to the pick the meal! You will get to choose the menu for lunch for one day in January. You will help plan, prepare, and execute lunch for a day!
Included in the Sous Chef Package:
- Selecting a Balanced Lunch of Your Choosing for the K-6 Lunch Menu for one Tuesday in January
- Planning What Will Need to be Purchased
- Prepping for Lunch That Day
- And Clean Up (Just Kidding, this part is all Mrs. Michaelsen)
Last year's high bidder planned her favorite soup. Mrs. Michelsen added chili to the menu and together they made cornbread. A joint shopping trip was made and together they also prepared fresh fruit cups, dessert, and pink lemonade. The winning student also helped with prep and serving.
