Mrs. Herrington has had the pleasure of teaching upper school math (6th grade math through AP Calculus, but not all at the same time!) at GRACE since 2002. She has an undergraduate degree in electrical engineering from Virginia Tech (go Hokies!), an M.S. in Applied Mathematics from Johns Hopkins University and an M.A. in Secondary Math Education from Western Governors University. She worked as an engineer and software analyst in a corporate setting for over 10 years before finding a calling in teaching. She has two sons who attend GRACE -- a senior and a 9th grader. She and her husband are very active in a small, growing, and spiritually vital church, Vineyard Community Church of Wake Forest.
