You are bidding on a custom cake to be baked and decorated by GRACE's very own Pat Trussell anytime from March 1, 2014 - May 31, 2014.  Ask anyone at the K-6 campus office and they will tell you that you are in for a real treat.


Below is a sample listing of cakes that Pat has made.  Of course, there are many more wonderful cakes!  If you have a favorite of your own or a recipe you would like to have baked, Pat is happy to do that for you! Please give Pat a minimum of one week’s notice to bake your cake.


Apple-Pecan Wreath & Almond Kringle:  Two coffee cakes for a special Sunday morning gathering.  The Wreath is a cinnamon apple pecan filled coffeecake and the Kringle is a rich almond cream filled coffeecake


Best Chocolate Chocolate Cake:  A luscious chocolate cake layered with rich chocolate, and frosted in chocolate swirls! A chocolate lover’s delight!


German Chocolate Cake:  A delicious milk chocolate cake layered with pecan/coconut filling/frosting.  A favorite of millions for years!


Esther Bolick’s Orange Marmalade Cake:  This legendary cake features luscious layers of orange juice-infused cake layered with tart orange marmalade.  Topped with rich whipped cream/sour cream frosting.  A perennial favorite from Jan Karon’s Mitford series.


Berry Crowned Cheesecake:  A delectable cream cheese/sour cream cheesecake nestled in a rich graham cracker crumb crust.  Crowned with strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries.  Drizzled with a blackberry glaze.  A GRACE favorite requested year after year!


Luscious Lemon Curd Layer Cake:  This cake features three lemony layers with a luscious lemon curd/whipped cream filling topped with more lemon curd and sweet frothy whipped cream.  A real treat for you lemon lovers!


Coconut Lime Cheese Cake: Clouds of luscious lime cheesecake nestled in a crisp coconut graham cracker crust topped with whipped cream and toasted coconut.
