Description
You are bidding on a hand turned cherry bowl handcrafted by GRACE parent Henry Wynands.
This bowl was turned from a large cherry piece that spanned the width of the tree. The light colored edges are the sapwood from the new growth at the perimeter of the tree trunk. The color differences are highlighted with sunlight; the heartwood darkens with exposure while the sapwood will stay light. The bowl was hand turned and finished. It is 10" in diameter and 2" deep.
