In this ham, premium pork, hickory smoking and aging produce a gourmet delicacy that's a true delight to the palate. Each perfectly marbled Surryano is dry-cured by hand with natural ingredients...and smoked in Edwards family smokehouses over smoldering hickory wood for 7 full days. Then, it's aged for more than 400 days to create its unique mahogany color and rich, savory flavor. Sliced paper-thin, Surryano ham is a perfect complement to melon slices, olives, Spanish-style tapas and on bread with olive oil and cheeses such as provolone and mozzarella. Ready to slice and serve at room temperature for optimal flavor.
