Chef Bruce Finch has something for everyone, from the beginner to more advanced, from the gas griller to the diehard charcoal user. Learn the secrets of never over cooking chicken or pork, how to BBQ fish and have it turn out mouthwatering, and most likely learn to grill things you never dreamed would, or could, go on the grill. In this 2 hour demonstration class, you'll eat everything that is made that evening.
