Gretchen Topputo, a Westview parent, is an experienced home cook and former pastry chef at Le Dome. However, her specialty is Southern Italian Cooking and she is offering  to share the family recipes she learned cooking alongside her mother-in-law in Italy.

 Winning bidder will provide the food, the place and the participants; Gretchen will bring the recipes and talent! Just add some Chianti and make it a dinner party!

Her husband is an executive restaurant chef, who will lend a hand crafting the menu with items to delight and tantalize your tastebuds!
