The Philadelphia Orchestra's musicians and friends created a world-class cookbook. Published in 1996 with cover artwork by artist Sam Maitin, this cookbook features recipes from Le Bec-Fin and Four Seasons, as well as orchestra vignettes. It is written by and for the sophisticated but time-challenged cook, with many Quick, Easy, and Delicious recipes marked "QED".
