Your junior chef, age seven through eighteen, is sure to enjoy this week-long summer course. Hands-on instruction includes cooking techniques, kitchen safety, knife handling, food safety, nutrition factors, sanitation, and table etiquette. Classes feature kids' favorite recipes, healthy choices, international dishes, and a weekly "Iron Chef Competition." Students will prepare their gourmet lunch and dessert daily. Includes continental breakfast. Select a week between June 17 and August 23, 2013. Camp runs 9:00am through 3:30pm in Gladwyne.
