Description

This is a one-time consultation with your building's Board of Directors regarding your multi-family residential building's sustainability and related city laws. Many Boards are ill-informed when it comes to setting priorities for running a building in an environmentally responsible way. Also your building may be subject to laws that require actions such as benchmarking, a change of fuels, energy auditing and retro-commissioning.

This consultation by Paul Reale, Hunter parent, a LEED-AP, mechanical engineer, instructor to architects and building operators and member of Urban Green Council's Speaker's Bureau for Local Law 87, will meet one-time with your Board to give them an overview of the Green Greater Buildings Plan, what building sustainability means and what they can do to take steps towards a greener, more efficient and healthier building!

Special Instructions

New York City only. Better for buildings 50,000 square feet or larger (think "50 apartments at 1,000 square feet each").
