I specialize in two things – I teach adults and children how to live happy, healthy and meaningful lives while teaching them how to keep safe from anyone who would threaten them.

I teach my students how to lead a good life of purpose through a unique character development system and effective self-defense through my practical personal protection systems; I teach my students to live a life worth protecting.
